Overwatch Announces Crossover with Hello Kitty & Friends

Hello Kitty & Friends Crossover
Overwatch is set to launch a special crossover event with Hello Kitty & Friends from February 10 to 23, 2026. This collaboration will introduce a series of themed skins that merge the beloved characters from the Hello Kitty universe with the Overwatch heroes, adding a whimsical touch to the game's aesthetic.
New Themed Skins
The event will feature six new skins, each designed to reflect the personality and charm of the Hello Kitty characters. Juno will don the guise of Hello Kitty, embodying kindness and courage. Kiriko will transform into Cinnamoroll, while Mercy will take on the role of Pompompurin, bringing comfort and care to the battlefield.
D.Va will showcase her playful side as My Melody, and Widowmaker will channel the mischievous spirit of Kuromi. Lastly, Lucio will hop into action as Keroppi, bringing a vibrant energy to the game.
Mythic Skins and Lootbox Refresh
In addition to the Hello Kitty skins, Overwatch will also introduce new Mythic skins throughout the year. Season 1 will see the launch of Mercy’s Celestial Guardian and Juno’s Star Shooter, with Mei's first Mythic arriving mid-season. Future seasons are set to feature Mythics for Soldier: 76, Illari, and Mauga, alongside Mythic Weapon Skins for Genji, Hanzo, and Sojourn.
Moreover, the Lootbox pool will be refreshed to include all regular shop skins from the last six seasons, ensuring players have access to a wide variety of cosmetic options.
