Mischief & Magic Mode
The Winter Wonderland event is set to return from December 9 to January 7, bringing back the beloved Mischief & Magic mode. This prop hunt game mode allows players to either hide as props or hunt down their disguised opponents in a festive, winter-themed environment. Players can expect a mix of holiday cheer and competitive gameplay as they engage in this unique mode, which encourages creativity and strategy while navigating the winterized map.
A Twist in Gameplay
As the event progresses, the gameplay takes an notable turn. After the initial two weeks, the props will come to life, allowing players to fight back against their hunters. This transformation introduces new dynamics to the game, with props like gingerbread men and snowmen gaining the ability to explode, adding a layer of chaos and fun to the event.
Three-Path Reward System
This year's Winter Wonderland also features a new three-path reward system, enhancing the experience for players. By completing challenges across the event and other game modes, players can earn Winter Cookies, which can be spent on three distinct cosmetic tracks: Jingle Tracer, Krampus Junkrat, and Santa Claus Torbjorn. Each path offers unique rewards and milestones, allowing players to progress at their own pace while enjoying the festive atmosphere.
