The mirror match is the whole mode

4v4 Evolved: All Emre places four Emres against four more Emres in Team Deathmatch. With hero choice removed, every advantage comes from aim, timing, positioning, and how each player sequences the same rifle and explosives.

Blizzard tuned lethality for the format instead of dropping the normal hero into a smaller lobby unchanged. That adjustment keeps an eight-player burst-rifle mirror from ending every encounter before either side can react.

A two-week test isolates one kit

The event was scheduled from April 28 through May 11. Repetition is part of the appeal: players see Emre's strengths and weaknesses from both sides in every fight.

It also works as an unusual hero tutorial. A normal match might contain one Emre; this mode fills the kill feed with examples of his spacing, recovery, grenade placement, and ultimate timing.
