Jetpack Cat dominated regional ban lists

Across ranked 5v5 Role Queue, Jetpack Cat's ban rate ranged from 66.5% in North America to 80.7% in South Korea during the February 16-23 sample. Domina placed second in every region, while Anran, Emre, and Mizuki appeared far less often.

Domina's ban rate continued rising after launch even as her win rate failed to support the strongest claims that she was overpowered. Blizzard suggested that player perception and a still-developing counterplay picture were pushing some of those bans.

The first balance pass moved three heroes toward center

Mizuki recorded a 53% unmirrored win rate before the February 24 changes. Anran sat near even, while Emre trailed at 47.6%. Primary-fire damage for Emre and additional reach for Anran's Dancing Blaze helped both settle near 50% after the update.

Domina's Ultimate cost increased by 12%, yet her win rate moved by less than one point. That gap between a visible adjustment and a small outcome change was another reason not to read raw ban rate as a direct measure of strength.

Perk combinations exposed Fika's strongest path

Jetpack Cat's Territorial and Claws Out combination produced a much stronger result than her other Perk pairings. Blizzard contrasted that slope with Wuyang, whose four combinations sat within roughly three percentage points of one another.

The data supported reducing the two aggressive Perks instead of flattening the hero's entire kit. It also showed why the most common community conclusion - that every heavily banned hero is simply too strong - can miss how a specific build creates the real problem.
