Execution can be used while reloading again

The July 2 hotfix contains one listed change: Shion can once again activate Execution during a reload. Before the fix, the reload state incorrectly blocked the ability from being used.

The update does not revert the June 25 tuning that reduced Execution's projectile size and added 0.4 seconds of recovery. It addresses the input lockout rather than the ability's balance values.

A clean separation from the prior patch

Keeping the bug fix separate matters because the June 25 update intentionally made Execution less forgiving. The July 2 note does not describe the reload interaction as another balance change; it restores access to the ability in a state where it was meant to work.

For Shion players, that means reloading no longer removes an available Execution window, while the smaller projectile and added recovery remain part of the live kit.

No replay reset

Blizzard says replay codes from the June 30 patch remain available. No other hero changes, event adjustments, map updates, or Stadium fixes are listed in the July 2 hotfix.
