D.Mon Gets an Emergency Buff One Day Into Season 4
Blizzard raised D.Mon's damage, made Propulsors dramatically easier to sustain and cut the Fusion Repeater cooldown in the first hotfix after her launch.

The launch-day numbers did not last
D.Mon entered the Tank roster with Season 4 on August 11. One day later, Blizzard shipped a broad numerical pass that strengthened all three parts of her active combat loop: Plasma Saber, Propulsors and Fusion Repeater.
Plasma Saber's damage increased from 60 to 65. Fusion Repeater's projectile damage rose from 15 to 16, while its cooldown dropped from six seconds to four. Those two changes increase both D.Mon's close-range pressure and the frequency of her ranged option.
Propulsors got the biggest quality-of-life swing
Propulsors fuel drain fell from 40 to 25 per second and fuel regeneration rose from 15 to 22.5 per second. D.Mon can remain airborne longer, recover the resource faster and spend less of every fight waiting for the movement tool to come back online.
The practical effect is more than extra flight time. Better fuel economy gives D.Mon more freedom to contest high ground, peel across a fight or escape after committing with the saber.
The hotfix also cleaned up launch bugs
The August 12 notes fixed D.Mon barrier behavior and a Paraíso spawn issue, plus interactions involving Nano Boost and Moira's Fade. Blizzard also addressed a bug that could leave temporary invulnerability active longer than intended.
Because the patch arrived immediately after the new season, these values became the first real baseline for players learning D.Mon in live matches.
