Blizzard Is Giving Everyone Five Battle Pass Tier Skips
After investigating slow Season 4 progression and missing Stadium XP, Blizzard announced five tier skips for players who log in during the compensation window.

Log in during the window to receive five skips
Blizzard's compensation applies to players who log in between August 24 at 11:00 AM PT and September 1 at 11:00 AM PT. The grant is five Battle Pass tier skips, enough to move an account through five standard reward levels.
The company also promised a double-XP weekend later in Season 4. Blizzard had not announced the dates for that weekend when the compensation plan was posted.
Some Stadium matches awarded the wrong XP
The investigation found that a subset of Stadium matches did not award the correct Battle Pass experience. That problem contributed to reports that the Season 4 track felt slower than expected.
Blizzard separately acknowledged visual errors on reward and progression screens. In cases where the bug was only visual, the correct experience was still tracked behind the scenes.
Prestige pacing also caused confusion
The first prestige title requires 10 tiers instead of the five-tier cadence players may expect from later prestige rewards. That intentional requirement made the early post-track stretch look slower, even when XP was counting correctly.
The five-skip grant covers both the confirmed Stadium issue and the wider frustration around an unusually opaque start to the season.
Nexon's Korean service later extended its regional window
The Korean Nexon notice was later updated after a delayed rollout. It says the regional grant began on August 26 at 1:34 PM KST and extends the collection window through September 7 at 3:00 AM KST.
That update applies to the Nexon-operated Korean service. The original global announcement listed the August 24 through September 1 Pacific-time window, so players should follow the notice for the platform and region they use.
